Review Before buying this pillow my sleep was very distrubed and I woke in the mornings with aches and pains across the top of my back and in my shoulders. Since using the pillow I sleep much better, I only require the one pillow, and I have not experienced the aches and pains I had before. I am seriously considering purchasing the mattress protector!!! Review Being a female of a certain age, I endure night sweats and disturbed sleep. However, since buying this pillows the night sweats have lessened, I sleep very much better and for longer, and am delighted with this unexpected bonus.
